Harold Tracey

Harold Tracey

Founder/Director

Harold Tracey has over 38 years of experience in the building industry dating back to 1987 when he was just a young lad completing his carpentry and joinery apprenticeship in Derby.

As a qualified carpenter Harold gained experience by working in all over Western Australia and in 2000 placed himself firmly in Broome where H&M Tracey was established. Harold continues to play an integral part in all of H&M Tracey's projects and the day to day running of the business. Harold's focus is on project delivery and quality outcomes.

Steven Thompson

Steven Thompson

General Manager/Director

Steven Thompson has over 20 years of construction experience with over 16 of those years spent in the Kimberley. Steven completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction & Economics with Honors in 1998. Steven has managed the successful delivery of hundreds of new homes and large scale commercial properties in Broome, Derby, Pilbara and Perth. Steven is responsible for managing the company financial requirements, the company's structure and future planning, his approach is hands-on and he overseas H&M Tracey's daily operations, procurement and management.

Brad Marris

Brad Marris

Estimating Manager/Director

Brad Marris joined H&M Tracey in 2006 after completed his Bachelor of Applied Science at Curtin University. Brad manages an extensive portfolio throughout the Kimberley including experience in the Pilbara and Perth. Renowned for his impeccable and industrious work, in particular on a number of remote indigenous community projects Brad provides competitive and accurate bidding for regional projects and leads our tendering department.

Mathew Hall

Mathew Hall

Construction Manager/Director

Matthew brings with him over 17 years of construction experience in new builds, renovations and commercial projects. Matt commenced with H&M Tracey in 2015 and lead the successful delivery of the RFDS Patient Transfer Facility worth $3.9M. This project was delivered on time, under budget and to an exceptionally high quality which in turn resulted in H&M Tracey being engaged again by RFDS to build the new RFDS Jandakot base. Matt's hands-on approach and strong leadership skills saw him transition to Construction Manager where he is responsible for site establishment, management and supervision of all onsite and ensure all of H&M Tracey’s projects are delivered to the companies policies and high quality standards.
