Capabilities

What we own matters more than what we can arrange. In a remote market, the things a builder controls directly are what determine whether a build keeps moving when something goes wrong.

We run our own cabinet shop, which removes the eight week lead time on ordering cabinetry from the nearest Perth supplier. We own our earthmoving machinery, so we are not waiting two weeks for a machine to free up in peak season when every builder in Broome needs the same one. We keep core trades on staff, more than thirty people in total, rather than competing for three to five subcontractors who are also working for everyone else in town. We run 3D rendering and interior drafting in house.

That capability came from our commercial work, including Broome International Airport, the Royal Flying Doctors hangar and the Kimberley District Police Station. Every home we build uses the same infrastructure.
