Design

Once our on-staff Designer understands your vision, we document it in a details design.

We continue to refine your design (even completing 3D renders so you can see what it will look like) until you are 100% confident. So you can be certain you will get the exact renovation you want.

Price

Too many homeowners are rushed into signing a vague contract prior to completing all their selections and documentation which in turn means their contract is based on an unrealistically low price. Then, they are forced into paying expensive variations that can add tens of thousands to the final amount.

We take time to itemise everything in your contract so you know precisely what you’re getting and exactly what it will cost. We are also completely honest and transparent about areas of potential risk. As already mentioned, you never know what’s lurking behind a wall or under a cabinet. But whatever happens, our team has the experience to handle it in the most efficient, cost-effective way possible.

Plan

Too many building renovators fly by the seat of their pants, planning their days when they wake up. That’s why so many renovations go overtime and over budget.

By nominating all selections up front, we can then submit all paperwork immediately to ensure your renovation can start when you want it to. And because we have our own equipment (including earthmoving machinery and cabinet shop), you get better value, higher quality, and faster turnaround.

As soon as you sign your contract, we get busy ordering materials to ensure they are ready onsite when needed. We schedule all trades in sequence, so they have the time and space to do their best work.

Prepare (approvals etc., earthworks)

Too many renovations are held up waiting for approvals. Or waiting for external contractors to become available.

We submit paperwork immediately to ensure your renovation can start when you want it to. And because we have our own equipment (including earthmoving machinery and cabinet shop), you get better value, higher quality, and faster turnaround.

Monitor

Too many homeowners are forced to be their own quality control officers – checking the work of their renovation builders and having awkward conversations about the defects they pick up.

Our on-staff supervisor constantly monitors your project according to dozens of Internal Check Points (with photographic documentation) to ensure every detail meets our superior standards or workmanship.

Communication

One of the most common complaints we hear from homeowners who have contracted other renovators is, “We never knew what was happening.”

We keep you informed every step of the way so you can be confident your project is always on track. Follow every step with direct access to our Project Management Program. See the progress firsthand with regular onsite meetings. And ask questions (and receive prompt answers) with direct access to your Project Supervisor.
